Hamza Hmaidi was born in Kasar El Keibr Morocco in June of 1990, the oldest of seven. During his childhood he quickly picked up soccer and eventually represented his home town, playing for ten years. As a teenager a passion sparked in working towards a "picture perfect" version of himself, motivated by an image at the gym. Soon enough he had realized he surpassed his goals as his passion truly transformed into body building. He jumped right in and and competed within six months at a local gym, sweeping the competition. Quickly outgrowing the local scene, he made it his mission to win the Northern Moroccan Championship. With hard work and dedication he achieved that goal within two years, and took the title multiple times following. Hamza earned his spot representing Morocco in the Arab Championship, placing sixth, making him an IFBB bodybuilder. At the age of 25 Hamza made a big move to Madison, Wi where he resided for 2 years. In 2016 and 2017 Hamza competed in the NPC Titan Open taking first and Most Muscular. He has since moved to Milwaukee, Wi with his girlfriend Kara and their dog Thor.
Recently Hamza competed in the Badger State Light Heavy Weight Division taking second and his second to date Most Muscular Award. Determined for a comeback Hamza dropped 20lb qualifying him to compete in the Middle Weight Division of the NPC Western Michigan Championship. He brought the big W back to Wisco for the season!
